- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Prior to commencement of any work or tree removal on Town of Vail property, the applicant shall obtain a
Public Way Permit from the Town of Vail Public Works Department.
