No increase or decrease in window opening size is allowed with this approval. All new windows shall match in material and color. All trim on the building shall match in material and color. - No retaining walls or other structural work on the driveway is allowed with this permit. Any work on existing or new retaining walls shall require a separate Design Review Board permit, and may require a building permit. - Any heated portion of the driveway located within the right of way must be in a separate zone.
