f Per your email request of 6/1/17, and the below attachments provided to the board at the board
k meeting of June 7, 2017,the board has prepared the following statement:

This board,with lack of sufficient construction and engineering expertise,agrees to approve the
proposed window installation (size 48"wide and 42" high) as outlined by the attached Monroe&
9 Newell engineering report as long as the project is completed in accordance with a Town of Vail building
permit and that it is approved by final inspection of the building department of the Town of Vail.
This board has agreed that the proposed window would not have a significant effect on the neighbors
and would not be visible from the street.

This board has informed the unit owner that the condominium rules allow only 3 unrelated persons to
reside in the subject condominium and if the purpose of this window is to create a fourth bedroom,the
owner has been advised of the occupancy rules.
