Access at this location to be used only by hospital-only delivery and ambulance traffic when main drive is blocked. Main access drive would be used for all other traffic. Ramp planned to be in place for through September of 2020. Owner to update current agreement with the town council. The enclosure appears larger than necessary for the transformer. Is this the minimum allowable clearances? Please supply supporting documentation. The enclosure is quiet stark. Can anything be done to improve its context such as landscaping? Entire tank is on the VVMC property. The dash line indicates code clearance of the backfill of the tank during installation. No current plans for providing a heated sidewalk during the east enabling scope of work. If shoring to be used on Town of Vail property, shoring agreement will be pursued with the public way permit. Staff is not supportive of a paved access from Lot 10 to the West Meadow Drive pedestrian area and transit route. Why is this seconday access needed? How long would it be in place? See provided document from the utility company for reference on size and other provisions. Overall design to be similar to existing West Wing design. Entire tank needs to be on VVMC property, this drawings seems to indicate the south tank walls are within Town Right of Way. Will the restoration of these pavers include preparation for a heated sidewalk? If shoring is to be used in excavation, a shoring agreement will have to be executed along with the Public Way Permit.
