Remove: Existing bathtub, tub surround, faucet/showerhead/drain

Existing countertop/backsplash on vanity
Existing light fixture over sink
Existing floor tile
Existing toilet tissue dispenser

Existing drawer pulls on vanity and door pull on cabinet

Provide &
Install:New tile shower area to 8 ft height, extend sides to door frame on north wall and to edge of recessed wall on south wall. Include tile bench and soap niche in shower area.
New showerhead, shower control and drain
New handicap-style grab bar in shower on east wall
New robe hooks in shower; 2 on east wall
New sliding shower doors
New countertop on vanity with approx. 5” backsplash on back and sides
New sink basin and faucet
New light fixture over sink; new dimmer switch to control it
New towel bars
New drawer pulls on vanity and door pull on cabinet
New floor tile
New baseboard
New bathroom door to match existing
New floor-mounted doorstop to prevent bathroom door or door handle from contacting new sliding shower doors.
Patch hole from removed toilet tissue dispenser; texture to match existing bathroom wall
Paint vanity exterior and medicine cabinet exterior and interior to match walls
Paint drywall walls and baseboard to match existing apartment wall color.

New hooks in shower; 2 on west wall and 2 on south wall

New countertop on vanity with approx. 5” backsplash on back and side. Do not extend countertop over toilet.

Tile, wall and floor: Kalahari Almond IA KH33A 13x13 inch porcelain tile on walls and floor; 2 x 2 inch tiles on shower floor. (Crossville Studios—CAPCO). In shower, 4 inch strip
of Bliss Glass w/Stone Bamboo Linear Blend MS ST BGBBLB12. From shower floor, 4 tiles of Kalahari Almond, then 4” strip of Bliss Glass w/Stone Bamboo Linear Blend, then 3 tiles of
Kalahari Almond for approximate 8’ +/- total height of tile.
Showerhead/Shower trim set/valve: Kohler Bancroft Rite-Temp pressure-balancing shower-only trim set K-TS10583-4, in brushed nickel with brushed nickel handle.
Grab bar:
Shower Doors: Kohler Levity sliding shower door K-706013 with brushed nickel finish, 3/8” frosted glass
Countertop/backsplash: Caesarstone Buttermilk 4220
Sink basin: Kohler Canvas enameled cast iron under-mount sink K-2874, white
Sink faucet: Kohler Bancroft monoblock sink faucet K-10579-4 in brushed nickel, with round (not oval) base escutcheon.
Light fixture: Kohler Bancroft triple sconce K-11423 in brushed nickel. Mount with fixtures facing down.
Paint for vanity/medicine cabinet: Match existing bathroom wall paint. Semi-gloss.
Towel bars: Over vanity, on north wall, Kohler Bancroft 18” towel bar, K-11410 in brushed nickel. Over toilet, Kohler Bancroft 24” towel bar, K-11411 in brushed nickel.
Robe Hooks: Kohler Bancroft robe hook K-11414 in brushed nickel.
Drawer pulls: Kohler Bancroft drawer pull K-11426 in brushed nickel

Bathtub: Kohler Villager alcove bathtub 60” x 30” x 14” with right-hand drain K-716, white, or equivalent to fit space. Key dimension is low-entry 14” height.
Showerhead/Faucet/valve: Kohler Bancroft Rite-Temp pressure-balancing bath/shower trim set K-TS10581-4, in brushed nickel with brushed nickel handle.
