Minor alterations to an existing garden area. The owner of the house would like
to turn a garden area in the back of the house into a deck/patio that would
connect two existing patio areas outside of the basement of the house. In the
current garden area, there are two existing trees and several perennial flowers.
Project Description: The two spruce trees will be relocated to the back of the lawn in a wild area, and
the flowers will be moved to other existing garden areas in the backyard. The
owner will be using the exact same stone work that is currently on the property,
and she will be having a french drain installed to allow proper drainage from the
existing gutter.
