All freestanding signs specific to the Hotel Talisa will be constructed using corten steel and other natural materials, including slate and stone. This includes the monument sign at the entry from S. Frontage Road, freestanding signs at the driveway to the hotel, and directional signage to the hotel and parking structure. • Wall signs, including the Building Identification sign on the west side of the parking structure, and major amenity signs on the exterior of the hotel (including the Cascade Ballroom and Conference Center), will use 1/2" acrylic laser cut copy, painted Duranodic Bronze. These individual letters will be stud mounted flush to the wall at the major exterior entrance to the amenity. Similar exterior signs identifying major amenities should follow this design theme. • Regulatory signs including "No Parking" and "Valet Parking Only" will be constructed using 1/8" aluminum panel painted Duranodic bronze, with metallic gold copy. Depending on the location, these signs may be either mounted on a post, or wall mounted. • The size and height of signs within the Hotel Talisa Sign Program will be regulated by the Vail Town Code. • All signs shall meet required site distance requirements per Section 14-3-1 of the Vail Town Code.
