RE: Sundial Unit E3(Musella)Request to Install Glass Wall System
Dear TOV Design Review Board Members:
I am writing to confirm that the Sundial HOA board of directors are supportive the request made by Tony and
Eileen Musella to replace their existing back deck window and door with a glass panel wall system.
The Sundial board's approval is based on the following stipulations:
1) The shape and size of the windows and trim above the glass door system will not be altered.
2) The trim of the glass door system will be brown to match the exterior window trim of the existing
townhomes.
3) Acknowledgment that the Musella's will indemnify the HOA against any leakage or structural issues
associated with the glass wall system. This indemnification would carry forward regardless of ownership.
4) For any homeowners undertaking a similar modification,the bifold glass door system selected
must match the appearance and function of the NanaWall used in Unit E3 so as to maintain a uniform
and standardized exterior appearance.
