Tony,
I have shared the attached documents with the Sundial HOA board members and the board is
supportive of the architectural design you propose to replace your existing back deck windows
and door with a glass panel wall system. As mentioned in my May 7 email to you and Eileen,
the board's approval is based on the following conditions:
1) The shape and size of the windows and trim above the glass door system will not be
altered.
2) The trim of the glass door system will be brown to match the exterior window trim
of the existing townhomes.
3) Acknowledgment that you will indemnify the HOA against any leakage or structural
issues associated with the glass wall system. This indemnification would carry
forward regardless of ownership.
4) The architectural design and engineering work will be shared with the HOA to use as
an approved template for other homeowners for similar future projects.
Tony, kindly acknowledge by return email that these stipulations are acceptable to you
and Eileen. If so, you have the board's approval to move forward with your project.
