Minimum Submittal Requirements
Go to www.vailgov.com for individual application submittal requirements
(more information may be required to be submitted once reviewed by the building team)
Combination Permit (may include Building, Plumbing and Mechanical):
❑v' Online Application Completed Including the following:
• Complete description of the request
• Ownership information as recorded with Eagle County Assessor
• Street Address, Unit#
• Parcel Number
Upload to Documents Folder:
❑ DRB Approval Action Form (if exterior work is included)
❑ Energy code compliance worksheet for new construction, additions
❑ Soils report for new construction, additions
❑ Electrical load calculations

Upload to Drawings Folder:
[V] Individual plan pages
• PDF Format compatible with Adobe Acrobat 7.0 or greater
• Minimum page size of 11" x 17"
• 2" x 2" box in upper right hand corner of all plan sheets for Town approval stamps —
must be left blank/open
• Page orientation so top of the page is always at the top of a computer monitor
(landscape format)
• Sealed by design
Electrical Permit (effective October 2015 electrical permits are required to be submitted
by registered electricians)
