1.The applicant shall submit a complete application for review and approval by the Design Review Board before applying for a building permit.
2.Applicant shall at all times abide by the conditional use permits regulations,Title 12,Chapter 16,of the Vail Town Code.
3.Any conditional use which is discontinued fora period of twelve(12)months,regardless of any intent to resume operation,shall not be resumed thereafter,
any future use of the site or structures thereon shall conform to the provisions of this title.
Note: Violation of the above conditions of approval or other violations of the Town of Vail Municipal Code may result in
suspension or termination of this permit.
