the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
Applicant shall abide by the terms and conditions of the agreement with the Town of Vail, as stated in the
