Jim,
Here is today's statement:
As owners of the north half of our duplex, we are in general approval of Mosaic Architect's
renovation drawings for the south unit. We have reviewed these design drawings dated 5
July 2016 and the two landscape drawings dated 10 July 2016 as a basis of our approval. We
understand the owners wish to maximize their residential area remaining with exterior
additions and interior renovations are included, without exterior material or color changes.
Our only current item of concern is ensuring there is enough driveway width and space
when vehicles are parked behind the new garage door location. Although we do not object
to this design, we plan to verify the layout on the property prior to the architect's final
submittal for DRB approval.
