Public Works Department for verification 970.479.2198.
3. It is the responsibility of the utility company and the applicant to resolve problems identified above.
4. The Primary Contact/Owner Representative is required to submit any revised drawings to the above agencies for
re-approval &re-verification if the submitted plans are altered in any way after the authorized signature date.

Eagle River Water and Sanitation District(District) is signing off on your recently submitted plans for the
remodel at 2636 Davos Trial. Both the Davos Trail ASE plans dated 7/15/16 and sheet A8.1 dated
7/12/16 are approved for construction. Please note that no encroachments will be allowed within the 4ft
buffer between the outside edge of the parking structure and the Southwestern property line, including,
but not limited to structures, retaining walls, and landscaping.
Call Mindi McClintock at 970-477-5473 for locates prior to starting construction. If during excavation you
encounter the 8 inch sewer main, please contact the District immediately.
