To Design Review Board;
We are submitting this application for a remodel at the East side duplex at the address above.
The Owners, Heather & Ray Turri, are interested in adding some extra interior space as well as
improving the entry approach to their home. As you can see from the photos, the front entrance to
the home is on the opposite side of the home from the street.
The scope of work includes a new garage door, improved lighting and landscaping at the existing
entry porch, and a new front entry door under the existing porch roof on the east side. The
expansion of the kitchen will occur under the existing porch roof.
Proposed materials will generally match the existing siding, stucco and trim. An exception are the
doors. The proposed garage door will be metal (same as existing) but will have a faux wood finish
and be insulated. The new front entry door will be a similar finish but with a more modern style.
