A recently conducted inspection has developed the following recommendations:
1. Deck repairs-areas noted to have rot, deteriorations and maintenance issues must be repaired/replaced.
2. Removal of firewood from under deck.
3.Storage room -properly insulate and secure room against pest intrusion. Confirm heat will be maintained in winter months to
avoid freezing.
4. Cut back trees from roof and remove all pine needles from flat surface of roof.
5. Inspection of chimney/flue prior to first use.
6. Install GFCI outlet at exterior outlet of home and in all kitchen and bathroom outlets.
7. Remove interior dead bolt locks at entry doors that require a key to exit.
8. Electrician inspection of all wiring inside and outside the home to confirm wiring is acceptable. Additionally,three prong
outlets are improperly wired and need to be addressed by an electrician.
Please comply with these recommendations within 30 days and confirm so in writing or a notice of cancellation
will be sent.

9. Install carbon monoxide detectors within 15 feet of the entrance to any bedroom.
10. Verify vent stacks located on the roof are proper height to allow for sewer gas to vent as needed.
11. Water heater inspection as heater appears to have a slow water leak which has caused corrosion.Additionally, ball valve
appears to be closed which poses a concern for water heater failure.
12. Replace exterior exhaust vent for the furnace.
15. Repair master bedroom fireplace as batter acid,corrosion and heat damaged screen were noted
