To whom it may concern,
This correspondence will serve to certify that tree removal
project at the Mr. and Mrs. Steane and Dr. and Mrs. Keisch
Duplex Residence just to the east of Chateau Tremonte on
Lionsridge Loop, Vail is approved by the Chateau Tremonte HOA.
The following conditions are to be met;
• Construction shall be in accordance with the submitted
application for tree removal.
• All Town of Vail and Eagle County requirements are met.
• All construction debris cleaned up on a daily basis.
• The builder and any sub-contractors agree that they have
no financial or legal recourse against the HOA, for any
reason what so ever.
