Thanks for submitting your application for the removal of trees at 1864 Glacier Ct. A+B
We have visited the site to better determine any consequences of tree removal and do have a
concern that the neighbors adjacent to the west (Chateau Tremonte) will be caught unaware of the
plans since the proposed tree removal is somewhat significant and may impact their
sun/shade/privacy. Therefore,the Town is requiring acknowledgement from the Chateau Tremonte
HOA of the proposed tree removal, and most specifically to those owners of the units directly west
of the trees.
Here is the HOA contact info I have on file for that property:

Please also specify the number of trees proposed to be removed (this was missing from the
application but numerous trees are tagged).
