On the north elevation we would like to raise grade 9" from existing, previously we were proposing a walkout and removing 24" of earth. This will reduce the amount of regrading needed and reduce the buck and mass on the north elevation. 2. There are two windows on the north elevation that are moving 4 feet from the west property line; this will help with our fire separation at those levels. Submittal: 1. Application, Site plans, Floor plans, Elevation Please let me know if you think this could be a staff approval, so we can keep moving forward on the permit submittal.
