Also proposed is to relocate the front entry door and change some of the landscaping in the front yard to hardscape. The rear deck scope is to upgrade the deck design to make it more modern. The goal is also to create a larger space for living including an outdoor kitchen area for the grill and appliances. The front entry door is proposed to create a grander feel from both outside and in. The door will have a wood finish similar to the existing. There are several evergreen trees that are mature but not attractive in the front yard. It is proposed to remove and replace these in a new location. The quantity of aspen trees being removed for the entry hardscape will be replaced with aspen trees in new locations.
