accepted until all required information is received by the Community Development Department. Design review approval lapses unless

As indicated on our system map, two of our underground powe� lines run parallel and
alongside Main Gore Drive. Holy Cross �nergy has two power lines wPthin the 20 faot
utiliry easement within this building envelope. The proposed encroachment of these pillars
does no# have an immediate effect on Holy Cross Energy. However, in the event that our
lines need to be accessed, the Owner is responsible for the repair or replacement of said
pil4ars.
