Applicable Vail Town Code sections can be found at under Vail Information - Town Code Online, All
projects requiring deslgn review must receive approval prior to submitting a building permit application. An apPICatian
for Design Revlew cannot be accepted until all + equired information Is received by tree Community Development
Department, as outlined in the submittal requirements. The project may also need to he reviewed by the Town Council
and/or the Planning and Environmental [arnmission design review approval expires one year from the date of approval,

subject property where construction Is occurring is a duplex, condominium or multi- tenant building. This form shall be

TOWN OF VAYL
The Board of Directors of the Racquet Club Owners Association has approved a request
by Mark Berry, owner of Townhome unit P -1, to enclose the existing deck on his unit and
to extend a new deck out from the building. The Association required that the owner
execute an indemnity agreement with the Association and he will need to comply with
this request prior to any construction.
The request to enclose the deck was approved at the April 28, 2008 Board of Directors
meeting. The Board, and consequently the Town of Vail, has approved similar requests at
the Vail Racquet Club Townhomes. The Board believes that the enclosure is an
improvement which enhances the functionality of the unit and will also help to increase
the value of the Townhome properties.
