The Association required that the owner execute an indemnity agreement with the Association and he will need to comply with this request prior to any construction. The request to enclose the deck was approved at the April 28, 2008 Board of Directors meeting. The Board, and consequently the Town of Vail, has approved similar requests at the Vail Racquet Club Townhomes. The Board believes that the enclosure is an improvement which enhances the functionality of the unit and will also help to increase the value of the Townhome properties.
