I believe his only concern was all of the new concrete pipe (RCP) tying into an existing CMP pipe that will likely be ready for replacement much sooner. He suggested replacing the existing 24" CMP pipe with RCP. However I do not believe we are requiring it we are just strongly suggesting it. What are your thoughts? The Town and the Permittee (Lionshead Inn LLC, Rodrigo Cortina) request approval of this revision and an extension for  this work until October 15th 2017. This would require extending the RCP and adding two inlets to capture roadside drainage in a shallow swale. Is this something that can be approved as a change to approved plans?
