Joint Property Owner Written Approval Letter for the property listed below:

Owner: Mr. Tom O'Hara
While the property we are reroofing is listed as 1171 Geneva Dr. #B and is currently
on file with the Town of Vail as requiring the Joint Property Written Approval
Letter; this property is not actually a duplex or condo and does not share a roof
system with 1711 Geneva Dr.

Please find below a screen shot of Google Maps of 1711 Geneva Dr. Note that the
larger red marker is placed on 1711 Geneva Dr.,while the smaller marker below the
larger red maker is the actual property ECO Roof and Solar will be reroofing. These
are separate buildings with separate roofing systems that share a lot, thus one
property having the address 1171 Geneva Dr. and one property having the address
1171 Geneva Dr. #B.
