The establishment or an amendment of a development plan may be required for new construction, change in use or redevelopment on parcels that are within the following Zoning Districts or as determined by the Administrator: General Use (GU) District (Section 12-9C, Vail Town Code), Ski Base/ Recreation (SBR) District (Section 12-8D.
