RE: SSCV Redevelopment Project
Dear Warren:
It is our understanding that Ski and Snowboard Club Vail has submitted Development Plan and
subdivision applications for the re-development of their Clubhouse at Golden Peak and that additional
applications will be submitted in the near future for a Conditional Use Permit and Re-zoning. As
proposed,SSCV's plans show improvements on land that is currently owned by The Vail Corporation.
The purpose of this letter is to authorize Ski and Snowboard Club Vail to proceed through the Town's
development review process with these four applications. The Vail Corporation makes no
representations as to the accuracy or content of these applications nor assumes any responsibilities
relative to conditions required by the approvals or permits. Please do not hesitate to contact me if you
