As required by the Town Code, if the applicant chooses to mitigate any portion of the obligation through off site unit(s), these unit(s) shall be available for occupancy prior to the issuance of any Certificate of Occupancy. 3. The applicant shall adhere to the Ski and Snowboard Club Vail Traffic and Parking Management Plan, October 2014, in all matters referenced unless amended per 12-16-10, Amendment Procedures, Vail Town Code.
