To Whom it May Concern:
I am writing in reference to the submission by Kate Summer and Dan Carpenter for 1463 Aspen
Grove Lane.
The Aspen Grove Homeowner's Association ("AGHA") AGHA is aware that this letter is included
with our DRB preliminary concept review and PEC building envelope amendment submissions.
AGHA is also aware that the next-door neighbor has been involved in our process.
AGHA has no comment or involvement at this time.
AGHA regulations require that our DRB application be submitted in advance to it and adjoining
neighbors, and AGHA and neighbors may present comments to the DRB during this process;
however, AGHA does not have design guidelines at this time and will not exercise design review
authority.
