Uses listed as conditional uses are subject to such conditions and limitations as the Town may prescribe to ensure that the location and operation of the conditional uses will be in accordance with development objectives of the Town and will not be detrimental to other uses or properties. The pro- posed project may also require other permits or applications and/or review by the Design Review Board and/or Town Council.
