1. Approval of this variance is contingent upon the applicant obtaining Town of Vail
design review approval for this proposal.
2. This approval does in no way authorize the use of the adjacent Town-owned
Streamtract for any purpose including construction staging. No mowing, removal of
vegetation, including willows, or building/development of any kind shall be
permitted on the Streamtract property.
