Removal of existing tar & gravel roof, fiberboard, and EPDM membrane
protecting dwelling and all potentially affected landscaped areas during the
removal process. •
Inspect existing plywood substrate for water or structural damage (if
unserviceable decking is discovered Sunlight shall replace unserviceable
decking at $65 per labor hour+ materials cost added to final invoice).
Install a Genflex polyiso taper system giving a minimum of~" per foot slope
to drain eliminating ponding water more than 48 hrs.
Install a mechanically attached W' Dens-Deck primed decking over taper
system providing a class a fire rating assembly.
Install a fully adhered Genflex .060 mil TPO single ply membrane (color Grey)
over Dens-Deck & parapet walls.
Install new custom fabricated parapet cap flashing made from 24 gauge Kynar
500 prefinished galvanized steel where needed.
Install a_n~w 3" heavy duty TPO Retro-~ !Jn overflow scupper drain per
local building code. Y€.S or l.f::!!:J.I c_ytL-
lnstall TPO pipe flashings at plumbing vent penetration.
Cleanup and removal of all waste to homeowner provided dumpster including
a daily magnetic sweep of the grounds.
