Conditions:
- Planning and Environmental Commission approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of
approval pursuant to Section 12-3-3, Appeals, Vail Town Code.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void after a period of two years unless a building permit has
been issued.
- The applicant shall revise the plans prior to building permit submittal to demonstrate a five foot (5’) setback
for all proposed improvements including, but not limited to, the deck stairs and hot tub.
- Approval of these variances is contingent upon the applicant obtaining Town of Vail design review approval
for this proposal.
