Conditions:
- Planning and Environmental Commission approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of
approval pursuant to Section 12-3-3, Appeals, Vail Town Code.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void after 2 years if a building permit has not been issued.
- No proposed retaining wall shall exceed a height of six feet (6’).
- The applicant shall obtain a right-of-way (ROW) permit prior to commencing work and a Revocable ROW
permit for all private improvements located on public property.
- Approval of this variance is contingent upon the applicant obtaining Town of Vail design review approval for
this proposal.
