PUBLIC NOTICE
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning and Environmental Commission of the
Town of Vail will hold a public hearing in accordance with section 12-3-6, Vail Town
Code, on June 12, 2017at11:00 am in the Town of Vail Municipal Building.
A request for a final review of a variance from Section 14-10-4-B, Architectural
Projections, Decks, Balconies, Steps, Bay Windows, Etc, Vail Town Code, pursuant to
Section 12-17, Variances, Vail Town Code, to allow for the replacement of a
nonconforming deck with a proposed side setback of one foot, nine inches (1'9") where a
fifteen foot (15') setback is required and a proposed rear setback of twelve feet (12')
where fifteen feet (15') setback is also required, located at 4112 Spruce Way/Lot 2,
Block 8, Bighorn Subdivision 3rd Addition, and setting forth details in regard thereto.
