Dining Patio:
Create an area for dining, a place for the existing Hot Tub, and a
Fire Pit. The back edge of the patio would be a good location
for a water wall to supplement the tree mass in mitigating the
road noise from B.C.R. and provide soothing white noise. This
space would be possible only with a reconfiguration of the
Building Envelope (shown in red).
Fire Pit
Front Walk:
Remove the existing walk and replace it with the one as shown.
This could be in a paving pattern different from the one shown
for the Dining Terrace and would step to the front door and be
containined by a parallel masonry retaining wall. This wall will
negate the need to fill in the Drainage Easement. A planting
strip between the walk and wall would be planted with
ornamental grasses.
