Conditions:
- Prior to construction of the patio discussed in this application, the applicant shall obtain Town of Vail
approval of an associated Design Review Board application and any other necessary permits for the patio.
- Applicant shall add a note to the plat stating the “The sole purpose of this plat is to modify the location of the
building envelope for Lot 6, Lia Zneimer Subdivision.”
- Planning and Environmental Commission approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of
approval pursuant to Section 12-3-3, Appeals, Vail Town Code.
