approval pursuant to Section 12-3-3, Appeals, Vail Town Code.

Vail Town Code.
- Prior to recording the plat with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder, the applicant shall add a note to the
plat stating "The sole purpose of this plat is to modify the location of the building envelope for Lot C."
- Prior to recording the final plat with the Eagle County Clerk and Recorder, the applicant shall add a note to
the plat stating "Portions of Lot C are within Geologically Sensitive Areas, including steep slopes and rock fall
areas, as determined by the Vail Town Code, Title 12, Chapter 21."
