1. Applicant shall submit a traffic control plan,and work site/staging plan with this application. Traffic
Control Plan shall be in compliance with the MUTCD and shall show streets with names,adjacent
intersections,advanced warning signage,taper lengths,buffer space and work zone dimensions. No Rall
street closures are allowed.
2. Applicant must contact Public Works Department at 479-2198 24 hours prior to commencing of work.
Failure to notify the Town will result in forfeiture of bond money.
3. Applicant is responsible for obtaining approvals from all utility companies having an existing utility line within
the project site,applicant has option of routing application through the Public Works office to obtain thej

4193 Spruce Way Traffic Plan
Utilities Connection for second side of duplex requires a road cut for water and sewer
connection.
Relow items of note per Town of Vail eequirements and traffic control methods.
1. Notice given to affected neighbors on this street.
2. Signage and cones at both sidesi of construction to notify traffic of construction
work and help slow traffic.
3. One finger directing traffic dufing work. Only one required due to visibility of
both sides of construction. Flagicrs to wear vests and use direction signs.
4. Bridge plates to be used keeping one lane of traffic open.
5. Plates to he used at night and after work hours.
6. See attached photo of affected area and location of road cut. Also has cone
locations marked and signage ldcations.
7. Utility companies to be schedulbd and coordinated to connect as the mains are
exposed to allow quicker backell.
8. Date of construction dependant ton permit and utility companies. But will be
announced to neighbors.
9. Times of construction pursuant ko Town of Vail allowable construction hours.
7am to 7 pm but typically 8 am to 5pm.
