As proposed,SSCV's plans show improvements on land that is currently owned byThe VairCmaration. Upon approval of the proposed subdivision, a parcel of land will be created that will be conveyed to SSCV, at which time all proposed project improvements will be located on SSCV lands. The purpose of this letter is to authorize Ski and Snowboard Club Vail to proceed through the Town's development review process with these applications. The Vail Corporation makes no representations as to the accuracy or content of the application nor assumes any responsibilities relative to conditions required by the approvals and/or permits.
