RE: SSCV Re-Development Project
Dear George:
It is our understanding that Ski and Snowboard Club Vail has submitted zoning and conditional
use permit appications for the re-development of their Clubhouse at Golden Peak. These
applications include land that is currently owned by The Vail Corporation.
The purpose of this letter is to authorize Ski and Snowboard Club Vail to proceed through the
Town's review and approval process with these applications. The Vail Corporation makes no
representations as to the accuracy or content of the applications nor assumes any responsibilities
relative to conditions required by the approvals and/or permits. Please do not hesitate to contact
