Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System

Dear Gail,

The following is a scope of work to be performed for the addition of the fire alarm system for
unit 310 at Lions Square Lodge East. The scope of work will be to add one new FCO-851
combination smoke / heat / CO detector to the new hallway being constructed in the loft.
Add one new FAPT-851 combination smoke / heat in the new bedroom being constructed in
the loft area and adding one new FAPT-851 combination smoke / heat detector in the bunk
room of the loft. These devices will be added to the current main fire alarm control system, a
Notifier NFS2-3030 located behind the front desk in Lions Square Lodge South building and
will provide continuity between the remodeled area and the existing building.

Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire and schedule a final
fire alarm test of the new area.
