Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition !Dear Mike, !The following is a scope of work to be performed for the remodel in unit 109 at Antlers. The
scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by Vail Fire.
Work performed will be to three Gentex 120vac single station smoke detectors with Isolated
heat detector. One in the living room and one in each bedroom. In addition we will be
adding one 120vac Gentex CO detector for the living room area. Monitor modules will be
added to provide individual enunciator of heat and CO. These devices will be added to the
current main fire alarm control system, a Notifier AFP-400 in Antlers and will provide continuity
between the new area and the existing building.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire and schedule a final
fire alarm test of the new area. !
