Conditions:
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
- As it is intended for residential construction, the sign shall not exceed eight (8) square feet, be placed no
higher than eight feet (8') from grade, and shall be mounted parallel and flush to the building wall or
construction fence adjacent to the street or major pedestrianway to which the construction site abuts.
