Re: Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition
Dear Mike,
The following is a scope of work to be performed for Condo Unit 107 at Vail Village Inne. The
scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by Vail Fire.
Work performed will be to add three new FAPT- 851 multi-criteria smoke detectors to the
bedrooms of the unit. The sounder base installed will also be the B200S-LF low frequency
sounder base for each detector location. New multi-criteria FCO-851 smoke/co detectors will
be installed in the hallway outside the bedrooms and in the living room area. New speaker
only devices will be installed in each bedroom and the living room. These devices will be
added to the current main fire alarm control system, a Notifier NFS2-3030 in and will provide
continuity between the new area and the existing building.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
