Conditions:
Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant to
the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
1. This approval shall be for the re-roofing of all roofs on all three structures.
2. The applicant shall provide proof of purchase of roofing material for the entire project prior to December 1,
2016.
3. The applicant shall submit a building permit for all roofing not completed as part of a 2016 building permit
prior to July 1, 2017. (2016 BP is for the reroofing of ½ of buildings B and C and all of Building A)
4. The applicant shall complete the entire project prior to the DRB approval expiration on November 16,
2017.
5. Future applications may be negatively impacted if Conditions 1-4 are not met.
