Project Description:
Replacement of all exterior doors and windows (except for garage doors). Most
windows to be replaced in the same location / size / style. A few windows &
doors are in new locations or new style - see exterior elevations. Extend height
of stucco (decrease height of wood siding) above front entry at north elevation
and around west elevation / stair bump out, to create a better proportion of base
/ middle / top. Replace existing skylights in same size / location as is existing.
Replace existing chimney cap with new shroud. The existing chimney cap no
longer meets the current flue code requirements (interior replacement of
fireplaces). The addition / replacement of exterior lighting as shown on the
exterior elevations. Interior remodel.

- Approval of this project shall lapse and become void one (1) year following the date of final approval, unless
a building permit is issued and construction is commenced and is diligently pursued toward completion.
- Design Review Board approval shall not become valid for 20 days following the date of approval, pursuant
to the Vail Town Code, Chapter 12-3-3 Appeals.
- No changes to these plans maybe made without the written consent of Town of Vail staff and/or the
appropriate review committee(s).
