Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition!
Dear Mike,!
The following is a scope of work to be performed for the pre-action system located in the
basement parking garage of the Sebastian that feeds the IT room behind the concierge
desk. . We will be adding five modules to the building fire alarm system to monitor, trouble,
alarm, pre-discharge and discharge of the pre-action system. These devices will be added to
the current main fire alarm control system, a Notifier NFS-3030 at the Sebastian and will
provide continuity between the new area and the existing building. We will also be
programing an testing the pre-action system to operate as per the manual.!
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.!
