Re: Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition !Dear Mike, !The following is a scope of work to be performed for remodel of unit 110/111 at Vail Village Inn Plaza Phase III. The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by the Vail Fire Department. Work performed will be to add new combination smoke/heat detectors to each bedroom and combination smoke/heat/CO detectors outside each bedroom and on each level. In addition a speaker only device will be installed in each bedroom and the main living area for general alarm notification. These devices will be added
to the current main fire alarm control system, a Notifier NFS2-640 in the main lobby and will
provide continuity between the remodel area and the existing building. !Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area. !If there are any questions or concerns about the above information, please feel free to contact me at any time. !!
