Scope of Work and Design Approach for Riva Ridge Unit 730, Colorado
Fire Alarm System Modification
The following work shall be performed:
1. Remove existing smoke detectors and replace with heat detectors while unit is
under construction.
2. After construction is complete re-install smoke detectors, and add 3 CO
detectors, a power supply and modules necessary to monitor the power supply.
3. Re-program panel to included added devices and modules.
Please see attached battery calculation sheet.
2- 12 volt DC/8 amp hour batteries will be provided.
