Re : Scope of Work for Fire Alarm System Addition
Dear Mike,
The following is a scope of work to be performed for remodel of unit 101 located at Vail Village
Inn. The scope of work will be to bring the remodeled area up to NFPA standards adopted by
Vail Fire. Work performed will be to adding five (5) Combination Smoke/Heat detectors one
for each bedroom. We will also be adding three (3) Combination Smoke/Heat/CO detectors
one in the living room and two directly outside of the bedroom These devices will be added
to the current main fire alarm control system, a Notifier NFS2-640 in Vail Village Inn and will
provide continuity between the remodeled area and the existing building.
Once work has been completed and tested, CSWC will contact Vail Fire Department and
schedule a final fire alarm test of the new area.
